Built around the load
Every load in GlowTMS carries its broker, stops, rates, equipment and documents in one record. The rate confirmation, bill of lading, proof of delivery and receipts are stored per load in the carrier’s own document space, and drivers upload to the loads they are assigned.

Drivers share their location from the GlowTMS driver app when they choose to, and dispatch sees last-seen on the board. Stop check-in and check-out drive the detention calculation, and the same per-stop math appears on the load and on the invoice.
GlowTMS does not replace your ELD. It does not log hours of service or provide turn-by-turn navigation.
Completing a load
A load’s status ends at Completed. The Complete action records delivery, keeps the POD evidence and drafts the invoice in one step, so the invoice can go out the same day the paperwork comes in. If the POD is still missing, the invoice waits for it before it can be approved, unless the load was set up not to require one.
Needs attention
One queue lists everything that needs a person: loads waiting on documents, invoices past due, compliance dates coming up, bounced emails and more. It also appears as a badge in the sidebar and can be sent as an email digest.
